Why Recommend a Self-Defense System

Obviously this site is backed by the H2H Combat Self Defense System. Personally (I Matt Bryers, view our combat experts), I have a VERY strong faith in the system because I teach it 4 days a week as well as use it’s principles, training methods and philosophy when I am competing in MMA, jiu-jitsu or the fighting martial arts. So when I advocate and recommend this product it is because I truly believe in it compared to just trying to “make a buck”. To be honest – yes, by recommending this product and by having you visit this site I hope that you will purchase the H2H Combat System Package, but I would NEVER recommend a self-defense system unless I truly believed in it.

False Sense of Protection

There a many, many expanded self-defense systems both on the web and “on the streets”. Some of these systems “get it” while others offer what I call a “false sense of protection”. What you learn may actually probably get you injured or killed. Where I believe H2H is different is that it is TRULY a Combat Tested System. When I say “Combat Tested” – I mean that H2H has been taught to and used by: US Military, Navy Seals, SWAT Teams, Police Officers, private security and “everyday” man and women. This is NOT a lie, I have trained with these people while they are learning. I have sparred against these people, I know NO doubts in my mind about their abilities and training. The H2H Combat System is a VERY effective system for professionals who need a solid defense system everyday as well as those who are concerned about the ability to defend themselves.

How can you learn H2H?

Well, unless you live in Connecticut or are in the military your opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge of H2H is fairly limited. We truly believe in a good solid martial arts or self-defense instruction, but recognize that this is not available in all areas of the United States or the World. So what we have done is created a H2H Combat Manual, H2H Combat Technique Videos and have opened ourselves up PERSONALLY to help you train, learn and gain the knowledge to defend yourself.

With access to these three resources, we know that you will be able to understand the basics of our system and learn some effective combat techniques that you can use almost immediately. Our suggestion when learning these techniques is to work with a partner. Your partner maybe a friend, family member or even your wife (my wife LOVES when I start practicing on her.) When you have questions on a technique or looking for training advice, you may contact us personally, and we respond very quickly.
